Sub-agents can be “External Users” in NextAgency. This enables them to view and download (but not edit) their commission statements and to see other case-specific information you permit, including contacts, files, and notes. You control what they see. And because they get this information on their own, they don’t disturb or distract your staff. Subscription fees for External Users start at just $30 per user per month and decrease as you add more.

A Few Quick Questions
Can I limit who in my insurance agency has access to commission information?
Yes. When you add a colleague to NextAgency you assign the individual a role and view permissions. By default, new users cannot view commission information. You can turn on this permission for any other user. Significantly, Administrators can see everything in the system, so individuals you assign to that role will be able to view commissions.
Other commission systems require a one year commitment. Does NextCommission Solo?
NextAgency does not require a one year commitment. We believe in transparent and fair pricing for all our products and services. That includes offering a monthly subscription for NextCommission Solo that is actually month-to-month. With our annual subscription you’ll save 17%, but that’s optional. We also offer a 30-day free trial. And unlike some competitors, we publish NextCommission Solo fees.
Can NextCommission download my commissions directly from carriers?
No. Life and health insurance carriers almost never enable third parties to access commissions. We do partner with Carrier Connect, the commission automation company. They connect to group carriers on your behalf, then send organized statements to you and NextAgency. NextCommission tools make it quick and easy to import them.
Can I split commissions among several sub-agents?
Yes. You can set standard or apply customized schedules to one or more downstream agents. Set up and assign standard schedules and NextCommission applies these automatically.
