This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.NextAgency.com, www.NextHR.Info and related marketing sites (collectively the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the Sites and not the NextAgency platform (including, but not limited to, the components NextBroker and NextHR) which is governed by a separate policy agreement. It will notify you of the following: 1) what personally identifiable information is collected from you through the the Site, how this information is used and with whom the information may be shared; 2) what choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; 3) the security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information; and 4) how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Take 44, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on these Sites. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or as required by law.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us at legal@take44.com. You may also use this email address to:

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. We do not collect sensitive information (such as credit card data) through these Sites. Consequently, we do not encrypt data on the Sites.

Cookies

We may use “cookies” on the Sites. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our Sites and identify repeat visitors to our Sites. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Sites. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our Sites.

We may use cookies from service providers such as Google Analytics. We don’t really like them as we consider them an abuser of your privacy. Google and their subsidies (looking at you Doubleclick) love to track your web browsing activities across various web sites and then share (as in sell) that data with advertisers and other third-parties. We have no access to or control over these cookies. The reason we’re uncertain if we even use these types of tracking cookies is because, if we find we’re not making use of the information they provide to improve our Sites and services, we will stop using them. Also, the Sites are built upon the WordPress platform. They may add tracking cookies that we’re unaware of.

Links

Our Sites contains links to other sites. Some of those sites we control; others are owned and operated by third-parties. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Sites and to read the privacy statements of any other site you visit as they may collect personally identifiable information.

Updates

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, desire to correct information we may have, or have any other concerns regarding privacy on the Sites, please contact us immediately via email at legal@take44.com.
