NextMail is a great tool for syncing your emails with NextAgency. Using IMAP, it synchronizes what’s in your email folders with our agency management system. It’s likely how you’re syncing your phone with your email account. IMAP is a great tool. It’s what enables NextMail to automatically route emails to the appropriate case record. One downside: when you delete an email from your Outlook or Gmail account, it is deleted from NextAgency. And that doesn’t work for some folks.
So you have a choice. You can also take advantage of the NextAgency add-ons for Outlook and Gmail. These integrate with your email client. In just a few clicks you can assign an email to the appropriate case record. Permanently. (Well, until you choose to delete from NextAgency at least). And you can do all this without leaving Outlook. Or Gmail. Whichever you’re using.
