Constant Improvements – Part 4

We’re back with another update on the steady stream of improvements we’ve made to NextAgency. These aren’t earth-shaking changes, but they’re the kind that make your daily work smoother and more efficient.

First up is our new Gmail Add-on. You may already be familiar with our Outlook add-in, which lets you assign emails to case records directly from Outlook. Now Gmail users get the same convenience. Once you assign an email to a case record using the Gmail add-on, it stays in NextAgency even if you delete it from Gmail. It’s a simple enhancement that completes our email integration options.

We also improved our commission reporting tools. The old Variance report was helpful, but we’ve made it better by splitting it into two more focused reports: Variance to Expected and Variance to Prior. This makes the analysis clearer, faster, and more detailed when you’re comparing what commissions you received to what you expected or what you got in the past.

Finally, there’s our new Projected Revenue report. Think of this as an educated guess about your agency’s expected earnings in the next quarter, next year, or any custom time period you choose. Just make sure the Expected Commission and Payment Frequency fields are completed in your clients’ Benefits records, and you’ll have a powerful tool for planning and budgeting.

As always, these improvements reflect our commitment to making NextAgency work better for you. We implement dozens of enhancements each year because small improvements add up to big differences in how efficiently your agency operates.
