NextAgency is great right out of the box. Not surprising since we designed it for agencies selling benefits, snior and life policies. Stil, we believe your software should adapt to the way you work, not the other way around. That’s why we’re constantly adding ways for you to personalize NextAgency. Here are some recent enhancements that give you even more control over your workspace.
Take the Summary tab in case records. You can now choose which tiles display on the Summary tab in case records—and which stay hidden. Select the tile icon in the header, then check the boxes for the tiles you want visible and uncheck those you don’t. Don’t worry—hidden tiles still contain their information, so you can easily display them later without losing any content. It’s a simple way to reduce clutter and focus on what matters most to your workflow.
We also refined how you rearrange those tiles. Based on your feedback, we updated the process so you can still copy and paste field contents when you’re not actively reorganizing. Simply click the Rearrange Tiles icon (it looks like a fist) when you want to move sections around, then click it again to lock your changes in place. Now your summary tabs have the information and layout you want. That’s personalization.
The Pipeline view got smarter too. You can now update a case’s stage by simply clicking on the case card, rather than having to drag and drop it between columns. It’s faster and more convenient when you’re managing renewals during open enrollment or tracking sales progress throughout the year.
Finally, we added a time-saver for new case entry. You can now set your own default phone and email types instead of NextAgency always assuming “Work.” When adding a new case, look for the “Set As Default” link in the Phone Type and Email Type fields. Click it, select your preferred default, and you’re set.
These improvements continue our commitment to putting the You back into user-friendly. Because when your tools work the way you do, everything else gets easier.
