We’re big on customization here. We think your software should adapt to the way you work, not the other way around. So now you can choose the columns NextAgency displays when listing cases and policies. And we’ll be adding this feature to more pages (the Timeline, Contacts, etc.) in the coming months.
Onboarding has been streamlined, too. Bulk import for sub-agents means you can bring on new hires or partners in minutes. Assign roles and tasks before they even log in for the first time, so your team can hit the ground running and stay focused on what matters.
We redesigned the settings module to make it more intuitive and easier to use, giving you quick access to the tools you need most.
