We recently published a list of enhancements to NextAgency we made in 2023. Our point was that NextAgency keeps getting better. That stagnation is not an option. And delivering greater value to agencies selling benefits, senior and life policies is what we’re all about. Folks enjoyed seeing that list, and they wanted to know more. So here’s some more of the tweaks-that-matter we introduced this year.
We redesigned and reorganized the settings module making it more intuitive and simpler to find what you need. When combined with the navigation pane enhancements we noted int he earlier post, getting around in NextAgency has never been easier.
Custom fields have leveled up too. Now you can assign them by market segment or product type, so you’re only tracking the data you really need for each line of business. This keeps records clean and lets your team focus on what matters most for each client.
Our new contacts filter means you can instantly narrow down your list by whatever criteria you need—policy status, client type, renewal date, you name it. No more endless scrolling or guesswork. And remember how we promised that the ability to select the columns displayed in in list views would be coming to contacts soon? It arrived, making it easy to zero in on the information you care about.
We also introduced a way to designate contact owners, so everyone knows who’s responsible for each relationship and nothing slips through the cracks. When you need to clean up or reorganize fast, bulk actions let you update dozens of records at once. Less clicking, more doing.
And the list goes on. As we recently noted, we’re now integrated with the Intulse VOIP phone system and we’re going to be launching add-ons to Outlook and Gmail. So that’ll be fun to talk about.
