Sub-Agent Management Enhancements

NextAgency has long made managing sub-agents easier straightforward and effective. Now we’re introducing three enhancements that make managing downstream producers significantly easier.

First, you can now apply statuses and stages to your sub-agents, just like you do with cases in NextAgency. This gives you instant visibility into where each sub-agent stands in their relationship with your agency. For example, you can easily track sub-agents through they’re onboarding, appointment, and training stages. Go to Settings and select the “Sub-Agent Settings” tab to set up your statuses and stages.

Second, we’ve introduced checklists specifically for sub-agents. These structured workflows automatically generate a series of tasks that launch in sequence as previous ones are completed. Whether you’re onboarding a new sub-agent, tracking licensing requirements, or coordinating renewals, checklists ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Create them in Settings > Automations > Checklists, then select the Sub-Agents option.

Third, there’s the new Sub-Agent Tasks report. Previously, you could only view sub-agent tasks in the Timeline or on individual records. Now you can see a comprehensive overview in one place of all tasks across your entire sub-agent network. Filter by sub-agent, task stage, due date, and more to get better visibility into your downstream operations.

Together, these tools transform how you manage sub-agent relationships. Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets or manual tracking systems, everything is integrated in one place: NextAgency.
